摘要 灌溉用水管理是整个灌区的工作重点。决策支持系统等人工智能应用于灌溉管理,辅助管理人员及高层领导正确决策,解决知识处理中的半结构、非结构化问题,缩短预报周期,提高调度的实时性和可靠性,是二十一世纪灌溉系统管理的发展方向。 Irrigation water management is the most important task in irrigation project management. At last 30 years, the rapid development and widely application of computer in agricultural water management has made the procedure of scheduling irrigation easier and more effective, and also made the irrigation plan more flexible. The application of Artificial Intelligence, such as Decision Support System, in irrigation management may aid operators or senior officers to make correct decisions, and is helpful for solving semi structure and non structure problems in Knowledge Process, shorting forecast period, improving real time and reliability of irrigation operations. It will be main orientation for irrigation water management development in the 21st century. This paper also introduce the main function of Huoquan Irrigation Project Irrigation Water Allocation Decision Support System(HQIWADSS).
