尪痹不但包括类风湿性关节炎,而且也可以包括现代医学中其他一些有关节疼痛、肿大变形的疾病,其中以类风湿性关节炎最为多见,临床观察也主要以类风湿性关节炎为主。风寒湿三气杂至合而为痹,这一痹病总病因病机,也是尪痹的总病因病机。尪痹的治疗大法是补肾祛寒为主,辅以化湿散风,强壮筋骨,祛瘀通络。肝肾同源,补肾亦能养肝荣筋,且能祛寒、化湿、散风,促使风寒湿三气之邪外出。

Wangbi not only includes RA,but also other diseases of joint pain,swelling and deformation in modern medicine,among which RA is most common one,the clinical observation centers on it too.Wind,coldness and dampness forming apoplexy（bi）,this is the total causa morbi and mechanism of such disease.Its general treatment is mainly to notify kidney to remove coldness,assisted with clearing dampness to remove wind,strengthening tendon and bone,and removing stasis to smooth collaterals.Liver and kidney come from the same origin,nourishing kidney can also benefits liver and tendon,and remove coldness,clear dampness,dispel wind as well.
