摘要
本文试从动画的产生、发展及现状进行分析阐释，面临大转折时期的中国动画，如何更好的协调其技术性与艺术性，并得出了“以技术为手段，以艺术为目的”的结论。
Today is a fateful period for the Chinese animation. The key of development of it maybe lie in how to harmonize the relationship between the art and technology in the animations. Based on studying the history and the actual state in the animations, the authors get a way to promote the animation, which takes the technology as a method and pursued the art effects.
