饲用硫酸亚铁气流脱水过程中抗凝结、抗氧化研究

Research on the Anti-oxidation and Anticoagulation in Air Flow Dehydration Process forFeed Ferrous Sulphate

在气流脱水干燥过程中，饲用硫酸亚铁极易凝结和氧化。添加木质素粉或滑石粉，并与硫酸亚铁均匀混合后，具有良好的抗凝结、抗氧化性能；木质素粉及滑石粉的推荐添加量分别为２０％和１６％。

For drying the ferrous sulphate by the Hot-gas Processing,the oxidationand coagulation of ferrous sulphate used as feed additives is investigated during this processing.It is found that the ferrous sulphate is easily oxidized and coagulated.Furthermore,the talcum powder and lignin powder mixed well with the ferrous sulphate showed effective action against the oxidation & coagulation of ferrous sulphate,and their recommended quantity added and mixed with ferrous sulphate is 16% and 20% separately.
