九江炼油污水处理运行模式评价

摘要 对九江炼油厂污水处理现有的运行模式进行了综合评价。该装置采取两级生化法和生物膜法相结合的方法处理炼油废水。两级生化法COD负荷率在0.20~0.52kg/(kg.d),COD去除率在60%以上,酚负荷率≤0.08kg/(kg.d),酚去除率在99%以上。生物膜法COD、NH3-N去除率均在60%以下。评价的目的在于提高COD、NH3-N去除的稳定性。 The Article comprehensively evaluated the rount model of Jiujiang refinery wastewater treatment unit. The unit adopts twograde biochemistry and onegrade biomembrane process. Twograde bichemistry process: the loading of COD is 20052kg/(kg.d), the removal rate of COD is more than 60%, the loading of phenol is008kg/(kg.d), the removal rate of phenol is more than 99%. biomembrane process: the removal rate of COD and NH3-N are less than 60%. The purpose of its evaluation is to enhance the removal rate of COD and NH3-N, and brings forward progress of route model.
