摘要
食品安全关系到公众健康。食品中常含有农药、兽药、有机物污染、微生物、天然毒素等物质及转基因成分等。本文简要概述这些物质的检验方法和技术进展,并展望了我国食品检验的发展方向。
Food safety was related to public health. The substances were included in food such as pesticide, veterinarian, organic pollution, microbial, natural toxins and genetically modified food components. The inspection methods and techniques for these materials were briefly introduced. In addition, the development direction of China' s food inspection were given.
