摘要
针对我国餐饮业集体配送的团膳产业快速发展及其多种配送模式竞相发展势态,本文根据现今城乡居民对营养健康的需求,以及我国现行有关营养与食品安全政策法规要求,对我国团膳企业营养师配备的重要性及其岗位职责作一探讨。
