摘要
通过腐蚀试验和电化学试验,研究了亚硫酸盐在含氧水中对20g钢的防腐蚀作用。结果表明,在相同的水质条件下,催化剂的加入使亚硫酸盐的防腐蚀性能降低,而稳定剂则使防腐蚀性能提高;亚硫酸盐、催化亚硫酸盐及稳定亚硫酸盐都能使钢的电位剧烈负移并抑制腐蚀的阴极过程。鉴于用目前公认的除氧机理无法解释这些实验事实,提出亚硫酸盐防腐蚀作用的外加还原性气氛机理并主张采用稳定亚硫酸盐防腐蚀。
Inhibition of sulfite on dissolved oxygen corrosion of steel in water was studied through corrosion experiments and electrochemical testing. The results showed that under the same water quality condition catalyst can reduce the anticorrosive effect of sulfite, and stabilizer can increase the effect. The sulfites all can make potential of steel sharply shift negatively and inhibit the cathode process in corrosion. Since it is impossible to explain these experimental facts with the help of the currently accepted oxygen removal mechanism, an impressed reductive atmospheric mechanism was proposed and stabilized sulfite was recommended for anticorrosion.
