摘要
在手动顶空法的基础上建立了自动顶空-气相色谱法测定地表水中乙醛的方法,并从顶空进样器载气压力、顶空瓶压力、样品环充满时间、顶空瓶温度、加压时间、进样环温度、进样环平衡时间、传输线温度、进样时间等方面对顶空进样器条件进行了全面优化。同时对该方法的灵敏度、精密度和标准曲线的线性等指标进行了验证。结果表明,自动顶空法不仅大大提高了工作效率,节省了人力,其方法的检出限(0.012 mg/L)、相对标准偏差(3.5%)、标准曲线的相关系数(0.999 8)均优于手动顶空法。
The determination method of acetaldehyde in ground water by auto headspace-gas chromatography was established. And the parameters of the headspace sampler such as vial pressuring time, loop temperature, loop equal time, sample loopfill time and vial temperature were optimized. The sensitivity and precisions of this method were tested. The result of the study shows that the method not only has better detection limit (0. 012 mg/L), relative standard deviation (3.5 % ) and linear correlation coefficient (0. 999 8) than manual headspace, but also improves the detection efficiency significantly.
