摘要
通过对高压可控硅调压型软起动装置中可控硅发热功耗及热量传递的研究,推导出散热器温升以及可控硅管芯结温的实用计算方法,并用实例进行了计算。同时讨论了影响可控硅管芯结温的各个方面,指出为了充分利用可控硅的潜力,并确保可控硅安全,应该在设计时计算可控硅管芯的温度,然后才能进行可控硅的设计选型。
Power consumption and heat transfer of a thyristor with high voltage for volt-age-adjusting soft start device were studied. Practical calculation methods of radiator temperature rise and die junction temperature of the thyristor were derived and calculation was conducted by examples. Meanwhile, various aspects that impacted die junction temperature of the thyristor were discussed. It pointed out that die junction temperature of the thyristor should he calculated in the design in order to take full advantage of potential of the thyristor and ensure safety of the thyristor. Then, selection of the thyristor could be conducted.
