摘要
宝钢长材坯料工程在钢铁企业浊循环水处理系统中,由于原选型的喷淋水泵偏离工况点运行,效率低下,通过运行参数及工况分析,选择了一种配套电机功率较小的水泵,大大提高了水泵运行效率,达到了较好的节能效果.
Long products blank engineering project of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd had poor efficiency in the circulating sewage disposal system of iron and steel enterprise owing to deviation of optimum operating conditions of the original sprinkling pump. In the light of analysis of operation parameters and operating conditions, a water pump with small motor power was selected. It greatly improved operation efficiency of the water pump and achieved better energy saving effect.
