摘要
本研究旨在初步编制高校教师心理契约量表并探讨高校教师心理契约结构和内在关系。它采用探索性因素分析建构量表的初步结构,经三次项目筛选和测试形成正式量表,并在湖南地区共随机抽取14所高校360例有效样本进行项目分析及信、效度检验。结果如下:(1)高校教师心理契约量表由两个分量表3维度6构面28个项目构成,各项目的总相关在0.31-0.65之间,各项目的决断值也达到了极显著水平;(2)两个分量表的Cronbachα系数分别为0.90和0.80,分半信度系数分别为0.86和0.71;(3)效度:各维度与各分量表间相关系数在0.83-0.94之间,达显著水平;(4)因素分析表明学校责任对教师责任具有显著预测力,其解释率达到76%;(5)部分人口统计变量对高校教师心理契约有一定的影响。
The study aimed at developing The Psychological Contract Scale of College Teacher(PCS), and exploring the structure of college teachers' psychological contract as well as its internal relation. The development of PCS's primary structure was based on exploratory factor analysis, and the formal scale was confirmed after testing and selecting items for 3 times. According to random sampling, 360 teachers from 14 colleges were tested in formal study. The item analysis, reliability and validity were tested. The results showed that: (1)The PSC for College Teacher was composed of 2 subscales, 3 dimensionalities and 6 structural surfaces with 28 items. The total correlations of items ranged from 0.31 to 0.65, and the critical ratios of each item were quite significant; (2)The Cronbach's ct coefficient of the 2 subscales were 0.90 and 0.80 respectively, while the split-half coefficient of the 2 subscales were 0.86 and 0.71 respectively; (3)Validity: The correlations between each dimensionality and subscale ranged from 0.82 to 0.94, which were significant; (4)Factor analysis indicated college responsibility had significant predictive power on teacher responsibility, while the rate of explanation reached 76%; (5)Part of the demographic variables had a significant influence on teachers' psychological contract.
