摘要
使用GQOLI-74生活质量评定问卷和生活满意感问卷对2003名女公务员进行调查,结果表明:(1)影响女公务员生活满意感的因素是社交、尊重、自我实现等中高级需要;婚姻家庭、经济等因素对其生活满意感无显著影响;(2)不同婚姻状态女公务员总体生活质量和生活满意感无显著差异,两组女公务员社会功能得分均显著高于其物质功能、心理功能、躯体功能;(3)有婚姻组女公务员心理功能显著高于无婚姻组。
The research was carried out on 2003 Female Civil Servants, adopt the General Quality of Life Inventory-74（aduhs-oriented） and Life Satisfaction Scales. It is shown the factors on the life satisfaction of female civil servants is the social, respect, self-realization and other senior needs; marriage and family, economic and other factors on life satisfaction had no significant effect. There was no significant differenee on the overall quality of life and Life Satisfaction between two different marital status. To all female civil servants, social function scores were significantly higher than their physical function, psychological function, physical function, different marital status of female civil servants are mainly differences in the quality of life dimensions of psychological function.
