通过对中外医学教育的学制及人文社科学时比例、招生人数、教育资源及教育形式、教育成本及经费来源、继续教育、临床医学教师的选择及聘用等几方面进行概述和比较,以期为我国的临床医学教育改革提供参考。

The paper compares medical education in China and foreign countries regarding schooling, teaching hour ratio of humanities and liberal arts courses, student enrolment, educational resources, educational patterns, cost, fund source, continuing education, as well as selection and employment of teachers of clinical medicine. It is hoped to serve as a reference for our country＇ s reform in clinical medicine education.
