摘要
随着我国科学技术、高等教育的飞速发展,高校实验室的管理模式与实验教学运行机制发生了重大变化,这对高校实验室技术人员的知识、能力结构提出新的要求。本文就实验室技术人员知识转型研究的必要性、客观性,以及推动实验室技术人员知识转型研究的原动力进行初步探讨,同时提出了本校医药专业实验技术人员知识转型的策略与方法。
With the rapid development of science, technology and higher education, the mode of college and university laboratory management and the operating mechanism of experiment teaching have changed considerably, which brings new requirements for knowledge and ability structure of laboratory technical personnel at colleges and universities. The article makes a preliminary discussion on the necessity, objectivity and motive of investigation on technicians' knowledge transformation. Moreover, the strategies and methods of knowledge transformation of medical laboratory technicians at our university have been proposed.
