摘要
我国目前的社会、经济以及护理专业招生等现状,导致护理专业录取的学生中出现了一部分特殊群体,这部分特殊群体的就业,直接影响护理专业的整体培养质量和学校的社会声誉和地位。本文对护理专业特殊困难学生类型及其个性化的就业指导做了简要分析。
The situations of society and economy in our country and college admission of nursing program lead to the appearance a special group of students in nursing program admission. These students will have difficulty in seeking employment, which will directly affect the overall quality of nursing specialty training as well as reputation and status of the school and society. The article analyzes the types of the special students and the individualized career guidance.
