摘要
大型综合性教学医院担负着进修医师的临床教学工作,如何使这项工作更趋完善,让每一名进修医师都学有所获、学有所成,是每一位带教医师面对的课题。本文结合多年来在三级甲等综合医院消化内科带教进修医师的教学经验,从制定培养计划,确立教学内容等四个方面介绍了做好这项工作的方式方法,以期为进修医师的临床教学工作提供参考。
Most refresher doctors should accomplish clinical teaching in large general teaching hospitals, so it is an important issue how to improve the quality of clinical teaching for refresher doctors. Based on our teaching experience in the department of gastroenterology of a large general teaching hospital, this article discusses how to do the work well regarding designing training plan and determining teaching content in the hope of providing reference for refresher doctors＇ clinical teaching.
