The effective measures to train and improve interns＇ professional quality are developing a reasonable training plan, strengthening initial-stage education at their entry in this field, paying attention to their basic theory learning and clinical skill training, conducting seminars and discussing cases, stressing safety education, intensifying the day-to-day management and comprehensive assessment for interns.
