摘要
目的探讨DSA急诊下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)经皮下腔静脉滤器(VCF)置入并溶栓导管留置临床应用的必要性。材料和方法2009年1月～2010年1月急诊DVT患者30例行下肢静脉造影,彩超确诊后经皮放置VCF并留置溶栓导管溶栓。结果全部30例患者VCF均放置成功,经溶栓导管溶栓1周后,DVT消失或明显缓解,无一例发生肺栓塞。结论DSA急诊DVT经皮VCF置入并容栓导管留置是对DVT治疗的有效方法之一,杜绝了肺栓塞的发生。
Objective goal The neccessity of the application of indwelling thrombolytic catherter. Methods From January 2009 to January 2010,do the operation of venography of lower extremities on thirty first aid patients who suffering from DVT and indwelling thrombolytic catheter.After the coler Doppler diagnosised ,percutaneous transluminal VCF and indwelling thrombolytic catheter. Results Inserting VCF to the thirsty patients,all were completelly successful.It was found after thrombolytic catherter inaction a week that DVT disappearred or obvious improved without any pulmonary embolism. Conclution DSA first aid DVT percutaneous translumind VCF indwelling thrombolytic catheter is one of the effective methods to treat DVT,and also prevent pulmonary embolism.
