摘要 目的探讨应用经导管肿瘤供血动脉内灌注的基本治疗方法,观察分别结合传统剂量化疗和节拍式化疗治疗中晚期大肠癌的临床效果。方法对我院2007年1月以来收治住院的中晚期大肠癌患者48例,应用以上两种治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果2种治疗方法的近期显效率分别为33.3%、45.8%,差异有显著性。结论对于中晚期大肠癌患者采用肿瘤动脉灌注结合小剂量、连续口服Capecitabine的化疗方法,是具有临床应用价值的新的治疗方式。 Objective To evaluate the tumor-feeding artery infusion combined with the traditional high-dose chemotherapy or the metronomic chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Method Forty-eight cases of advanced colorectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed,which were application of these two kinds of treatment. Results Two kinds of short-term treatment markedly effective rate were 33.3%,45.8% respectively,which had significant difference. Conclusion For use of intra-arterial infusion of low-dose,continuous oral Capecitabine chemotherapy method in patients with advanced colorectal cancer,is a clinical valuation of new treatment modalities.
