摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死行介入治疗的护理措施。方法对29例急性心梗患者行冠状动脉腔内支架植入术的术前、术中、术后护理。结果29例病例均成功行支架植入术,术中、术前、术后未发生并发症。结论完善的术前、术中、术后护理是心肌梗死行冠状动脉腔内支架植入术成功的重要保证。
Objective To explore the care measures of interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 29 patients with acute myocardial infarction received coronary stent implantation,and the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care were reviewed. Results 29 cases were implanted stent successfully,and intraoperative,preoperative and postoperative complications did not occur. Conclusion The improved preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care is an important guarantee of success of stent implantation in myocardial infarction patients.
