脊椎骨折的临床特点及其治疗探讨

目的探讨骨质疏松性脊椎骨折临床特点及其治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2006年6月～2009年6月收治的18例骨质疏松性脊椎骨折患者的临床资料。结果 16例患者椎体高度恢复正常,1例椎体高度较前好转,1例无明显变化。所有患者骨痛均有所缓解、骨密度均有所提高、无明显并发症。结论制定周密细致的康复计划,应用药物、康复训练及物理联合治疗,可以取得良好的效果。
