术后尿潴留发生原因及健康教育对策

目的分析术后尿潴留发生的原因,探讨健康教育对策。方法以我科1a期间收治的32例腹部、下肢手术的病人为对象,根据可能发生术后尿潴留的原因采取有针对性的术前健康教育、术前检查及治疗指导、术后健康指导。结果术后发生排尿困难4例,经过积极主动安慰、诱导排尿,应用药物及针灸,3例最终排出尿液,仅1例实施了导尿术。结论健康教育应针对术后尿潴留发生的原因采取相应健康教育技巧,可提高健康教育效果。

Objective To analyse the cause of postoperative urinary retention,health education countermeasure.Methods Take 1 year period of 32 cases of patients with lower abdominal surgery as the object,according to the possible causes of urinary retention after taking preoperative education,preoperative examination and health,health treatment guidelines.Results after voiding difficulties occurred in 4 cases,through active comfort,inducing micturition,using drugs and acupuncture,3 cases finally educing urine,urethral catheterization was implemented.Conclusion health education should be aimed at postoperative urinary retention of health education skill;corresponding health education can enhance effect.
