26例渗出性多形性红斑的观察及护理

目的探讨儿童渗出性多形红斑的有效护理措施,帮助病人恢复健康到最佳状态。方法结合临床特点,通过对26例患儿的临床观察,及时发现病情变化,并根据不同病变时期采取相对应的护理要点及护理措施。结果 26例患者通过4～20天(平均8.8天)的综合治疗及护理,治愈26例,占92.30%;自动出院2例,占7.69%;无1例死亡。结论密切观察病情及精心的护理是提高疗效的重要环节,也是使患儿度过危险期的重要措施。做好预防和控制感染,加强皮肤粘膜护理,精心有效的对症护理和取得家长的大力配合是本病护理的关键。

Objective To evaluate the effective nursing intervention of erythema multifore exudativum and help the patient recovery soon.Methods In according to the clinical feature,we keep track of 26 patients’progress and give relative nursing postulate.Results We analyze 26 cases by 4 to 20 days（8.8 days average）,24 examples complete healing account for 92.30%;2 examples request leave hospital account for 7.69%;no die.Conclusion The intensive nurse and a strict watch over the patient are important links to the increase of the curattive ratio,which is also the important measure to help the patient getthrough the crisis.prevent and control the inflammating,intensify the nurse of skin and mucosa,effective and elaborate nurse,coorperation from geneatch is the key point.
