摘要
烟粉虱B型和Q型是两种入侵性较强的生物型,在山东省农区混合分布。B型与Q型入侵种群的快速鉴别对于进一步解析烟粉虱群体遗传结构及其防控有重要意义。在前期研究的基础上,使用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术检测了国内外27个Q型种群和1个B型种群微卫星BEM06位点。结果表明:微卫星BEM06位点不能有效鉴别山东省B型与Q型烟粉虱。山东省的Q型烟粉虱入侵来源与西班牙有密切关系。
Bemisia tabaci biotypes B and Q have the strong invasion and wide distribution,and occur mixedly in many agricultural regions in Shandong Province.The rapid identification for the two biotypes is significant to analyze the genetic structure and control of B.tabaci.The microsatellite locus BEM06 in 27 Q-biotype populations and 1 B-biotype population had been detected by PAGE.The results showed that microsatellite locus BEM06 could not identify the two biotypes in Shandong Province.Q-biotype population in Shandong was closely associated with Spanish population.
