摘要
本文简要介绍了梨自交不亲和性的表现及其调控机制,着重对梨自交亲和性突变的类型、分子机制、研究进展和研究方法进行了概括,并对梨花粉授粉识别研究中尚待解决的问题进行了展望。
The manifestation and regulation mechanism of self-incompatibility of pear were briefly introduced.The type,molecular mechanism,research progress and research methods of self-compatible mutation were mainly reviewed.And some problems in the research of pear pollination were prospected.
