摘要
以黄瓜为试材,研究了其低钾胁迫下的生理反应。结果表明,相对于正常施钾水平的植株而言,低钾胁迫下黄瓜生长缓慢并出现了失绿症状,同时植株的SOD和APX活性增加,CAT和POD活性下降,MDA含量也随钾处理浓度的降低而升高。
The cucumber was used as the material to study its physiological reaction under the low potassium stress.The results showed that the cucumber growth decreased and the chlorosis appeared;the activities of SOD and APX increased,while those of CAT and POD decreased;the MDA content increased with the decreasing of potassium compared with the normal potassium treatment.
