摘要
本试验以8份南瓜及1份西瓜为试材,进行了耐根结线虫砧木的筛选。结果表明,砧木1号、砧木2号母本2份材料较耐根结线虫,栗南瓜易感根结线虫。根结线虫的侵染降低了砧木材料地上部的生物量,并对根系生长有影响。耐根结线虫材料根系SOD值在侵染后显现出升高趋势,表明其表达量与耐根结线虫有关。
Eight squash and one watermelon materials were used to screen the rootstocks resistant to root-knot nematodes.The results showed that rootstock 1 and the female parent of rootstock 2 were more resistant,but the chestnut squash was more susceptible.The infection of root-knot nematodes reduced the above ground biomass and inhibited the growth of roots.The SOD activity in roots of the resistant materials increased obviously after infection,which indicated that the SOD activity was related to the resistance to root-knot nematodes.
