摘要
重点分析顶板压力在工作面采长方向和推进方向上的分布规律及其基本特征。通过3dsMax软件进行数据处理,得到的工作面顶板压力三维立体分布图表明,全工作面顶板压力在整体上呈现"正交脉状山系"分布特征。指出,在生产管理中须高度重视顶板压力非均匀分布对支架运行及顶板安全管理的影响。为采场矿压理论研究提供科学依据。
Based on the analysis of continuous pressure observation data of the SDIC Tashan Coal Mine 10201 Workface 704 m,the roof pressure distribution of the whole face, along cutting direction and advancing direction was analyzed and the three-dimensional distribution of support load was obtained using 3d Max software. Results show that the roof pressure of whole face ex- ists in a characteristic distribution of "orthogonal veinlike mountains", and emphasis in production management should be put on the effect of non-evenly distributed roof pressure on support operation and roof safety. This can provide some scientific basis for mine pressure theory.
