摘要
为解决煤矿电力系统中大功率设备的启停、电力系统故障短路、开关设备和变频设备启停,所产生的浪涌,分析了长方体壳体屏蔽衰减特性,以KBZ-400/1140(660)矿用隔爆型真空馈电开关的隔爆外壳为例,研究了隔爆外壳的屏蔽特性。研究结果表明,屏蔽外壳对于浪涌电磁辐射具有很强的屏蔽作用。研究结果为煤矿井下电磁兼容标准制定,和矿用电工电子产品设计提供依据。
In mine power supply network, the start-stop or short circuit fault of high power equipment, and the operation of power supply equipment and frequency conversion equipment will lead to the surge. In the paper the shielding effectiveness of cuboid flameproof enclosure was researched, taking KBZ-400/1140(660) mining flameproof vacuum feed switch' s flameproof enclosure as an example. The result shows that the flameproof enclosure has strong shielding action to electromagnetic radiation induced by surge. The research results are of guide significance for formulating electromagnetic compatibility standard and designing electric products used in mine.
