羟丙基糊精的制备及其性能评价

摘要 以糊精与环氧丙烷(PO)为原料,采用溶剂法工艺合成了羟丙基糊精。考察了原料配比、环氧丙烷的滴加时间、反应温度、反应时间、10%的氢氧化钠溶液用量等因素对产品取代度的影响。结果表明,羟丙基糊精的最佳制备工艺条件为:原料配比PO∶糊精为12∶5(体积/质量),PO的滴加时间为6 h,反应时间为8 h,10%的氢氧化钠溶液的用量为15 g,反应温度为30℃,取代度为0.12。通过初步检测、结构表征及性能评价,证明羟丙基糊精性能较好,有望作为油田用泥浆改性剂。 Based on hydroxyl-propylation,dextrin and propylene oxide as the main raw materials,hydroxypropyldextrin was prepared.The effects of the ratio of raw materials,the time of PO dropping(PO is propylene oxide),the reaction time as well as the amounts of 10% sodium hydroxide on the degree of substitution were studied.The optimum conditions were the ratio of raw materials 12 ∶5(v/w),the time of PO dropping 6 h,the reaction time 8 h,the amounts 10% sodium hydroxide 15 g,the temperature 30 ℃ by orthogonal test,with the degree of substitution achieves 0.12.By initial detection,characterization and performance evaluation,the performance of product was proved to be good and it was possible to be used as a slurry modifier.
