合作博弈与集群发展:长三角地区高等教育协同发展研究

Cooperation and Agglomeration between Universities in Yangtze River Delta Area

长三角地区在推进区域高等教育协作的过程中,面临着高校之间协作不足的困境。长三角地区高校之间的协作不足主要表现在高校之间的非合作博弈和无序竞争。根据合作博弈理论,高校之间的联合博弈和协调博弈将能有效增进整体收益。为实现长三角地区高等教育系统整体实力提升,必须将其视为一个生态整体,重构高校之间的博弈规则和结构,创造高校之间合作博弈空间,推进区域集群发展,形成和谐共生的长三角地区高等教育群落。

In the process of higher education integration, the Yangtze River Delta area faces the predicament of lacking cooperation between universities, which becomes more severe in post massifieiation era. Non-cooperative game and chaotic competition between universities are negative factors to deepen regional cooperation. According to the cooperative game theory, coordination and coalition game will enhance the overall revenue. In order to improve higher education system of Yangtze River Delta area, it should be seen as an ecological whole, reconstruct game structure and rules, create cooperative space, promote agglomeration and foster higher education community.
