摘要
美国学者伯尔尼(Berne)和斯蒂弗尔(Stiefel)在上世纪提出的教育财政公平分析框架被理论界认为是"最全面"的框架,本文试图在评价该分析框架基础上,构建适合我国教育实情的教育财政公平的分析框架。
American scholars, Berne and Stiefel, proposed an analysis framework of education finance equity last century. This analysis frame is deemed to be "the most comprehensive" frame ever. This study gives some comments on the framework of Berne and Stiefel and tries to construct an analysis framework of education finance equity according to Chinese edueation conditions.
