摘要
本文基于大学变迁的回顾,分析大学内涵的变化。提出我国大学组织模式变革,需要以高等学校体系发展状况和资源型社会的特点为基础,兼顾高等学校的层次、类型、使命特色和管理要求。从组织模式角度把我国的大学分为自治大学、社会公共部门大学、创业型大学、服务型大学、商业模式大学。
The article analyses the changes of the university connotation on the basis of university changes and proposes that the changes of the organizational patterns of university need to take the situation of the development of higher educational institute system and the characteristics of resources-based society as its basis and also give attention to the stratification, type, mission and management requirement. From the view of organizational patterns, Chinese universities can be divided into five types: autonomic universities, universities for public sectors, entrepreneurial universities, service-based universities and universities of commercial pattern.
