An Analysis of EU's Entrepreneurship Education Policy for Higher Educational Institutions

从21世纪初开始,欧盟及其成员国出台了一系列高校创业教育政策,对高校创业教育产生了较大的影响。本文在总结欧盟高校创业教育政策出台背景的基础上,概括了欧盟高校创业教育政策四方面主要特点,从政府层面和高校才层面归纳了欧盟高校创业教育政策的实施情况。

Since the beginning of the 21st century, both the EU and Member States have introduced a series of entrepreneurship education policies for HEIs, which have played an essential role to advance the development of entrepreneurship education. Based on the the summary of the background of entrepreneurship education policies for HEIs, the paper gives four main characteristics and concludes the implementation status of Eentrepreneurship education policies for HEIs from the government level and higher educational institutions level.
