摘要
根据叶蝉散分子结构的特点,对叶蝉散人工抗原的合成进行了3步实验设计,即以叶蝉散为原料,在强碱性(pH>12)下水解生成2-异丙基苯酚,再加入三光气反应生成活性中间体2-异丙基苯甲酰氯,然后再与6-氨基己酸合成2-苯异丙基-N-(5-羧基戍烷)氨基甲酸酯。此研究成功地进行2步化学反应,并获得2步化学反应产物:2-异丙基苯酚和2-异丙基苯甲酰氯,从而为叶蝉散多克隆抗体和单克隆抗体的制备提供帮助。
According to the features of the isoprocarb’s structure,the artificial antigen of isoprocarb was designed on the three-step chemical reaction.The isoprocarb was hydrolysised and the mid chemical compounds were produced by COCl2.The two-step chemical reactions were conducted successfully and their products were obtained throuth this study.The aim of this study is to offer help for the production of isoprocarb’s polyclonal antibody and monoclonal antidy.
