摘要
以菇渣、锯木屑和珍珠岩3种基质为材料,探讨其不同配比对辣椒产量及品质的影响。结果表明:当菇渣、锯木屑和珍珠岩的体积配比分别为30%,50%和20%,能显著提高辣椒产量,增加果实维生素C和粗蛋白含量,降低硝酸盐含量。因而,有机生态型无土栽培技术在辣椒增产增收和改良品质上具有重要意义。
The effects of different proportions of ecological organic stroma,such as scrap of woods,the mushroom-grown cotton seed coat (MCSC) and the perlite on the yeid and quality of pepper were studied.The results showed that the content of bulk in scrap of woods,MCSC and the perlite were 30%,50% and 20%,respectively,namely when the proportion of these three stromas was 3:5:2.It could markedly enhance the yield of pepper,increase the content of Vc and crude protein,improve the accumulation of nitrate.Therefore,the technology of ecological organic stroma acts an important role in increasing yield and economic benefit,and in improving quality of pepper.
