摘要
采用ISSR标记技术对麻竹种内杂交子代的遗传变异开展研究。从50个引物中筛选出的9个重复性高、扩增效果好的引物,对22个杂种家系的样本进行扩增。结果表明,家系间的基因多样度(He)和Shannon多样性指数分别是0.3655和0.5442。22个家系间遗传相似系数值变化为0.3953~0.7907,平均为0.6130;遗传距离变化为0.2348~0.928,平均为0.4996,杂种群体的遗传多样性明显高于以无性繁殖为主的天然或栽培群体。
The genetic variation of hybrid descendants of Dendrocalamus latiflorus was analyzed by using ISSR.9 ISSR primers with high polymorphic and clear bands were utilized for testing the genetic variance of 22 hybrid families.The results demonstrated that Nei’ s gene diversity(He) and Shannon’s information index were 0.365 5 and 0.544 2 at the species level respectively.Genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.395 3 to 0.790 7 and genetic distance ranged from 0.234 8 to 0.928 in those family populations.The mean of genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance were 0.613 0 and 0.499 6 respectively,which has proved that the hybrid population has a higher genetic diversity than natural or cultivated population by asexual propagation.
