摘要
通过影响奥地利黑松不定芽增殖和伸长因素的研究发现,接种到添加0.8mg/L6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)和0.01mg/Lα-萘乙酸(NAA)的GD培养基上的不定芽增殖率最高可达1100%。不定芽伸长的适宜基本培养基为MS,添加0.02mg/LNAA伸长生长效果显著。继代培养中,用50g/L食用白糖代替30g/L分析纯蔗糖,可以降低试验成本。活性炭(AC)有利于促进奥地利黑松不定芽的伸长,而赤霉素(GA3)则抑制伸长。
The purpose of this study was to analyze to propagation and elongation factors of Pinus nigra var.austriaca adventitious buds.The study found that GD+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA was the best medium combination for propagation.The rate of propagation was about 1100 per cent.Then the adventitious buds were transferred onto the medium of MS+0.02 mg/L NAA+AC 1.0 g/L,the growth of elongation was obvious.In this study,in order to reduce cost,50 g/L white sugar could substitute 30 g/L sucrose.Activated carbon (AC) could conducive,while GA3 went against the growth of elongation of adventitious buds.
