摘要
我国的年龄相关性白内障每年增加约40万-120万人。在全球范围内随着臭氧浓度的降低将会有更多的白内障新发病例,这将严重影响人类健康和社会发展。以往有关白内障环境性致病因素的中波紫外线对晶状体的光损伤机制研究的比较多,而对长波紫外线与核性白内障之间的关系报道较少,本综述就此方面的相关研究和新进展进行阐述。
About 400,000-1,200,000 new cases of age-related cataract occur each year in China,however as the ozone concentrations decrease, there will be more new cases of cataract.This will seriously impact human health and social development.In the past we commonly focus on the mechanisms of UVB light damage to lens in the cataract's environment pathogenic factor,but seldom on the mechanisms of UVA light damage to lens.This review is about the recent progress in UVA light damage to lens.
