摘要
利用粉末冶金方法研制了一种新型触头材料AgSnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3。选择优化过程参数如下:48MPa成形,920℃×8h烧结;64MPa复压,150℃×0.5h去应力退火。所得的AgSnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3触头材料与AgSnO2(12)和AgCdO(12)的物理、机械性能相近,电性能优于AgSnO2(12)和AgCdO(12)。
A new kind of contact material AgSnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3 was developed by using the powder metallurgy method. The optimum process parameters were as followed: forming at the pressure of 48 MPa,sintering at 920 ℃ for 8 h,repressing at the pressure of 64 MPa and annealing at 150 ℃ × 0. 5 h . The AgSnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3 contact material had similar physical and mechanical properties but better electrical performance than that of AgSnO2(12) and AgCdO(12).
