摘要 提出了一种开关量控制过程的智能化模拟仿真方法,以逻辑展开图作为编制模拟仿真组态程序的"脚本"。区别了2种开关量输入:对人工操作输入,用触摸屏窗口的软元件改变PLC对应的输入通道状态;对控制过程输入,依照逻辑展开图确定由此输出作用而产生的输入状态,智能化设定为逻辑展开图中所要求的状态。PLC根据输入通道状态执行梯形图程序,产生相应的输出驱动。程序对仿真结果进行自动判断和提示。 A method of intelligent analog simulation of digital control process was presented,which used the expanded diagram of logic as"script"for the establishment of simulation configuration program. And two kinds of digital input was distinguished: for the manual input,the corresponding input channel status of PLC would be changed by using the soft component of touch screen; for the control process input,the input state resulting from the output action according to the expanded diagram of logic would be determined,and the status as the expanded diagram of logic required would be intelligently set. According to the input channel state,PLC carried out the lad- der diagram program and generated the corresponding output actuation. The simulation results were automatically determined and pointed out by the program.
