摘要
对断路器瞬时保护特性的检测方法进行研究,提出一种检测断路器瞬时保护特性的新方法。该方法利用RLC放电电流产生瞬时电流,作为断路器瞬时检测电流。通过实践表明,该方法产生的瞬时电流值准确,零相位合闸,智能化程度高,提高了检测效率和精度,并且节省电能达80%以上。
The testing method of the instantaneous protection characteristic of the circuit breaker was studied, and a new test method was proposed. This new test method used the instantaneous current which was produced by the discharge of the RLC circuit as the instantaneous testing current of the circuit breaker. The practice showed that the instantaneous current produced by this new method was accurate,and could implement the zero-phase closing with high degree of intelligence. Therefore,the testing efficiency and precision closing were improved. Moreover, the electric energy could be saved for more than 80% .
