摘要
在简述汽车转向及线控技术的发展之后,介绍了汽车线控转向系统的动力学模型、两种基本架构(包括经典架构和双控型架构)及执行电机的工作情况,并在此基础上引入了SBW的试验系统:HIL模拟器,该模拟器可以用来测试硬件系统(包括ECU和逆变器)和验证力反馈控制算法。汽车驾驶的安全性尤为重要,通过力反馈系统实例论述了以冗余为基本思想的容错技术。
A dynamic model and two preliminary architectures of a steer-by-wire system, including conventional and bilateral control were presented after a brief introduction to the operation status of actuating motors. Then, the experiment system with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulator was brought forward to evaluate the hardware including ECU and inverter, and to prove the force feedback control algorithm. As crucial the safe handling is, the paper expounded with a practical force feedback system the fault tolerance technique based on redundant architecture.
