摘要
高桩码头嵌岩桩基适合基岩埋置较浅,因此存在桩基在土中嵌固长度不足,承载能力不能满足设计要求的情况。嵌岩桩施工一般采用"打-钻-锚"的工艺,但施工成孔难度大、效率低、工期长、造价高。特别是斜嵌岩桩钻孔时,容易使孔产生偏斜而卡钻,以及出现桩发生倾倒与变位、钢筋保护层厚度不足等问题。结合池州江口港区二期工程嵌岩桩施工经验,详细介绍高桩码头直、斜嵌岩桩的沉桩控制、施工平台加固、钻机改造、钢筋笼定位以及混凝土浇筑导管定位等关键技术,为类似工程提供借鉴。
The rock-socketed piles of high-pile pier are generally used in shallow buried bedrock where the pile length in soil is too short to meet the design bearing capacity.The technology of " piling-drilling-anchoring" is used in rock-sockted construction but has disadvantages including difficulties in drilling,low efficiency,long construction period and high cost.Especially,in the construction of inclined rock-socketed piles,the drilling holes are easily bent,resulting in drill sticking,pile leaning and moving,and insufficient thickness of reinforced cover,etc..Combining with the construction experiences in Phase-Ⅱ project of Chizhou Port,we introduce the key technologies such as pile driving control in vertical and inclined rock-socketed piles,platform reinforcement,drilling machine modification,reinforcing cage location and concrete pouring duct location.
