摘要
介绍了CPUE(浇注型聚氨酯弹性体)与硫化橡胶之间粘接强度的影响因素,分别从粘合剂的类型、橡胶表面处理方式、表面处理剂及其浓度等方面考察了影响硫化橡胶与CPUE之间粘接强度的主要因素。结果表明:对橡胶表面进行机械打磨并用浓度为2%~3%的三氯异氰尿酸丙酮溶液进行化学处理,有利于硫化橡胶与CPUE之间粘接强度的提高;当活化时间超过1.5 h时,粘合剂的活化程度较高,粘接效果较好;粘合剂224-2的粘接效果优于粘合剂5190S-2。
The influences of main factors on bonding strength between CPUE(casting polyurethane elastomer) and vulcanized rubber were introduced and reviewed in the aspects of different kinds of adhesive,surface treating agent and its concentration, and the surface treating method of rubber. The results showed that it was propitious to enhancing bonding strength between CPUE and vulcanized rubber when the rubber surface treated by mechanical polished and 2%-3%(mass concentration) TCCA(trichloro isocyanuric acid) acetone solution. The bonding effect was better because activation degree of adhesives was higher when activation time wasn't less than 1.5 hour. The bonding effect of 224-2 adhesive was better than of 5190S-2 adhesive.
