摘要
以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVF)作为胶粘剂的基体树脂、硬脂酸作为赋型剂和甘油作为保湿剂等,通过添加改性剂制得透明固体胶棒。探讨了配方中各主要成分(尤其是钾离子)用量对固体胶棒性能的影响。结果表明:当w(PVF胶液)=76%、w(尿素)=4.5%、w(甘油)=9%、w(硬脂酸)=8%和w(KOH)=2.5%时,固体胶棒的综合性能最佳。
A transparent solid adhesive rod was prepared when polyvinyl formal(PVF) was used as matrix resin of adhesives, stearic acid was used as excipient, glycerin was used as humectant, and the modifier was introduced into the systems. The influences of contents of main compositions(especially K+) in formula on performances of solid adhesive rod were discussed. The results showed that the combination property of solid adhesive rod was best when mass fractions of PVF adhesives, urea, glycerol, stearic acid and KOH were 76%, 4.5%, 9%, 8% and 2.5% respectively.
