摘要
独立学院的社会功能、制度结构和公共政策三者之间存在着相互关联的逻辑结构,其办学功能、办学模式之间也存在着匹配关系。依据帕森斯的AGIL分析范式,独立学院具有对外功能、对内功能、目标性功能和手段性功。这是独立学院在高等教育大众化阶段的四种基本办学功能,相应的教育制度安排也应围绕这些功能而展开。
We analyze the logical and matching relationship among the function,the system and school-running model of Independent Institute. Based on analysis method of AGIL,the Independent Institute has internal and external functions,target function as well as instrument function. Based on the school running function and the analysis of the running mode,the author came up with the new view that the importance of the public policy is adjusting the school-running model.
