深圳市宝安区桃源居社区老年人护理需求及影响因素分析

Analysis on Nursing Demands of the Elderly in Taoyuanju Community of Baoan District,Shenzhen City

目的运用客观、准确的方法评价桃源居社区老年人群的护理需求。方法采取入户面对面的调查方式,使用自行编制的老年人护理需求调查问卷,对深圳市宝安区桃源居社区居民中60岁以上老年人进行调查。结果桃源居社区老年人对健康教育类护理服务、康复护理服务、基础护理技术服务均存在较大需求。影响技术操作类护理服务需求的因素有年龄、慢性病患病情况、功能健康状况。结论桃源居社区老年人护理需求量较大,开展家庭护理服务符合老年人的健康需要。

Objective To accurately assess the nursing demands of the elderly in Taoyuanju Community with objective methods.Methods The research took face-to-face model.Self-questionnaires were used to investigate the nursing demands of the elderly aged over 60 years in Taoyuanju Community of Baoan District,Shenzhen.Results The elderly in Taoyuanju Community had the heavy demands on the health education service,rehabilitation nursing,and technical operation service.The basic nursing technology demands of the elderly affected by three factors,including age,chronic diseases situation,and functional health condition.Conclusions The nursing demands of the elderly in Taoyuanju Community are relatively heavy,and developing home nursing service could meet the health needs of the elderly.
