摘要
目的了解女性体育生月经不调的原因,找到适宜的处理方法来改善这一状况。方法采用问卷调查法对本院体育系100名女性体育专业的女生进行调查。结果接受调查学生中月经不调者36人,发生率36%,其中由于运动负荷过大原因引起的19人,情绪异常、精神压力过大等因素造成月经不调的12人,嗜烟酒和节食引起的各2人,其他原因引起的1人。结论女性体育生要注意调整运动强度、注意饮食营养、保持轻松愉快的心态、养成良好的生活习惯,必要时借助医疗手段来处理月经不调。
Objective To know the causes of irregular menstruation (IM) among female sports students,and to find the appropriate approach to improve the situation.Methods One hundred female students of Physical Education Department of Hunan Sports Vocational College were surveyed with the questionnaire.Results Thirty-six students were IR,with the incidence rate of 36%.Among them,19 students’ IR resulted from over exercising,12 students’ IR resulted from emotional abnormality and excessive mental stress.Smoking and drinking addiction resulted in two students’ IR,and dieting resulted in two students’ IR too.One student’s IR resulted from other causes.Conclusions Female sports students should adjust their exercise intensity,pay attention to diet and nutrition,keep relaxed and happy mood,and develop good living habits,if necessary,medical treatment should adopt to deal with irregular menstruation.
